Need help with baptism record translation for Else Christine Jensdatter
I would very much appreciate some help translating this baptism record for Else Christine Jensdatter (1st entry) 12 June 1837. I can see that Else's mother, Christiane Mogensdatter, is unmarried. I recognize Christiane's siblings and her father as witnesses. I would like to know where Christiane is from, and what remarks are made in the last column about Hans Hansen.

Christiane is from Slu(d)struphuus (Sludstrup house-a place in Skærum parish). The remarks in the last column read "(the) child's father was said-to-be farmer Hans Hansen from Skoven in Gjerum (Gerum) parish".
