When you compare this original document to the place name they do not match.
Christ Church, Helme (near Meltham), Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom.
is not Christ Church, Middlesex. Original says Christ C hurch Middlesex.

@Pinnell Lois this is a known issue, and the mod I have tagged has undertaken to report such issues to the engineers for eventual correction.
