incorrect citation
Please check the source citation attached to Film # 007514105 at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G989-9HC?i=5&cc=2060668
Images #1=180 are: "The Janesvillians, 1849-1974" (Iowa)
It is atributed to Missouri, County Marriage, Naturalization, and Court Records, 1800-1991
"Torchbearers of Freedom" begins image #183 of this film. There may be other books on this film, but these images are not the Missouri records per the link (which directs correctly). Thanks!

Ah! It's an example of FamilySearch's general mishandling of indexes of multi-part films. Usually they apply the location of the first part to everything indexed on the film; this is the second time I've encountered a later part being (mis-)applied instead. Apparently, the indexing system that fills in the record location field(s) (i.e. placenames that are not typed in by indexers, but supplied by a pre- or post-processing step) assumes that all films or image groups are homogeneous. It's a very widespread error, resulting in events "credited" to the wrong county or state -- or sometimes even country -- in all parts of the world. Over the decade or so that I have been using FamilySearch, I have submitted countless error reports about the results of this flawed process, but nothing has ever changed, and as far as I can tell, it is still in use.
What you can do is edit the citation on Joseph Parker's Sources tab, correcting the title and supplying a correct citation in the Notes/Description field. You can also edit the index entry to correct the marriage place. If you're feeling particularly generous with your time and energy, you can go through and correct the marriage places for everyone indexed on the page, or eventually in the entire book, which might make it easier for other people to find their relatives, but would be a lot of tedious work. It also wouldn't correct the citations or the collection title shown for the index entries; those are not user-editable entities, and there's apparently nobody at FamilySearch tasked with correcting them, either.

There are six items on film 962615 (digital image group 7514105). Item 1 (images 6 to 179) is the book The Janesvillains, item 2 (images 185 to 283) is Torchbearers of freedom, item 3 (images 289 to 339) is "Genealogy and descendants of Otis Skinner Cole", item 4 (images 345 to 371) is a biography of Dolor Davis, and items 5 and 6 (images 377 to 471) are Marion County, Missouri marriages. These are all correctly listed in the catalog result for the film (https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/results?count=20&query=%2Bfilm_number%3A962615).
Where do you see an error?

The first souce (Janesvillians) imaged on the film has the citation for the record set for Missouri found here:
The card catalog listing for this Missouri source suggests no records from Iowa (of course), but the book The Janesvillains, for people in Iowa is included on its film. The film is effectively indexed to find these Iowa people. While it is linked to the correct film, the citation (for Janesvillians) is not correctly represented.
When I attached it to Iowan LY14-F13, the citation credits the Missouri record set. This person's record is not in Missouri. It is in the book for Janesvillians (Iowa). This may be confusing to other researchers. I could not find the Janesvillians book in the card catalog. Thank you!
