Cannot receive names shared from my daughter

My daughter shared about 19 names with me. When I click on the email to accept the name, it generates an "error" page. On top of the error page is information about the 300 name reservation policy. I don't have 300 names reserve. I do have over 300 names shared. How do we retrieve these 19 names?

Thank you,

Cathy

    @CathCarMike

    Hello and thank you for posting your question here in Community.

    To clarify, you are not able to accept an additional number of shared ordinances from a family member trying to share with you. You did say in your post that you have shared 300 names, but did not say if those names were shared with other members or with the temple.

    Here are two points to keep in mind pertaining to reservation limits and shared ordinances:

    Does sharing family names with the temple count toward my limit?

    When you share a family name with the temple, the reservation does not count toward your limit.

    Does sharing names with a family group count toward my limit?

    When you share a family name with a family group, the reservation does count toward your limit. Normal expiration dates will apply after temples fully reopen at phase 4.

    We hope this has been informative and helpful. If we misunderstood please contact us again.

    Best of success and thank you for all you do for your family.

    I cannot access shared names from the email link sent to me. I cannot even view the names. I have fewer than 200 reserved. The error message says:

    Oops, something went wrong.

    Please refresh the page.

    I will include a screenshot. It's been doing this since at least Friday afternoon.

    Kind regards,

    Thank you MDRMT for the information. My situation is similar to Dianne McCann's above. Her screenshot is the same message that I have also been receiving since Friday evening. C

    I do have over 300 family names, but most are shared with the temple. Currently, I have 266 family names on my reservation list.

    Thanks again,

    Cathy

    @CathCarMike & @Dianne McCann

    Other members are getting the same error message when sharing names through email. This has been reported and hopefully there will be a resolution soon.

    Sharing ordinances through FamilySearch messages is working. Here is a link to an article explaining that feature. The article is titled" How do I share names through FamilySearch messaging.

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-share-family-names-through-familysearch-messaging

    Also, here is a link to an article titled: How do I unshare family names that I sent by email.

    Hopefully this information will be helpful.

    Best wishes!

    I was able to retrieve the names a few days ago. A friend who a family service missionary said it was possibly a programming glitch. It's fixed now. Thanks!
