What do you enter when the field 20C2 shows "VVV"? The instructions say this field is a numeric?

@Kyle Rowberry, although I don't have a definitive answer for the VVV, the code possibly has something to do with maybe being born in an unusual place, for instance at sea, but is a US citizen. I was thinking it could be something to do with being a veteran. Here is a link someone else in the community had which explains a little more. Bottom line is to enter what you see in the field.
