When I began I read about what to do with No One At Home, and can't remember what to do, and can't find instructions again.

who are you??? to change the questions asked on the census form???? there were about 33 columns on the orig. form & 15 of them said 'he' not person like you've listed, which is a huge difference, so i'm wondering who are you???

None of this answered my question: When working in 1950 U S Census, where can I find instructions that deal with the "Military or Vessel" records? I just need to know where to find the instructions for dealing with these records when they appear for me to review them.
