Ordinances can't be done.

Philippa Stoke G3VZ-ZHD and Robert Standon LVMX-TFB can't have ordinances completed. Could this be addressed please? (In my records I have that their baptism and endowment ordinances were completed.)

They are husband and wife. Also, they are relatives of mine.
