missing ordinances

Thank goodness I save my cards. I imagine it happened when there was a merge and someone didn't check each person to see which had the most ordinances done. But ordinances on an ancestor are no longer on her name and I don't know how to get them back. Who can help me?

I suspect it happened with a merge sometime in the past
