Can someone read this?
Attached are 2 copies of a marriage record, one in black, from 8 Feb. 1723 in Annweiler, Germany. Is it Johan Jacob Huber (or a variation of that spelling, like Huffer etc.) and Maria Elisabeth? Can you translate what the entire record says? I have been trying to find this guy for years. Can you read png format?

The surname "Huber" does not appear in this record.
I read the surname of the groom and his father as: Zehnder.
