    @AudreyKirtzinger

    Hello Audrey,

    Child's name: Maria Anna

    Parent's Names: Antonius Simon, day labourer [oper] in Rudertshofen and Margaretha, his wife.

    Godparents: Anna, wife of Johann Simon, day laborer in Rudertshofen.

    Baptizing Priest: R. D. Hammel. ["R.D." is his title rather than his initials.]

    Residence/Village/Parish : Rudertshofen. [The heading is "Patria" = homeland, but your translation of the heading is fine here since it lists the town where the parents are from.]

    Annotation: Married, Weidenwang, 24 Nov 1812

    Comment: The birth/baptismal date is in the far left column before the child's name and is likely to be: 6 October 1790.
