Bride: Viktoria Halka, daughter of Josefa Halka of Josef (i.e. Josefa’s father), née Lemberg, born on 21 Jan 1867, Roman Catholic, unmarried, residing in Derelni

It seems to me that the rest of the details could be the date of the marriage (5 May) and the dates of marriage banns/announcements (21 and 26 Apr). Then there are some dates and reg. numbers such as 30 Jan 1889 (I'm not quite sure what they are related to), and the last column seems to contain the names of the witnesses (one of them is Anton Mayer).
