problem printing cards

Have tried several times today & cannot print temple cards even though it says the cards are printed now.

Any suggestions?

    NOT one of the "Browsers", this is "Fully" supported, by 'FamilySearch' ...

    But ...

    That Said ...

    IF, it works; THEN, ... 'Beggars CANNOT be CHOOSERS' ...

    I will try and pass it around ...

    [ As, an interim measure, for those, that want to give it a go ... ]

    If you have tried to print the temple cards, it shows printed, whether you succeeded or not. Please be sure you have checked the box in front of the name you are trying to print.

    Make sure your printer is properly connected to the computer.

    Make sure your browser is up to date. Or you may wish to try a different browser. The following article link may be helpful.

    I cannot print of cards too. When you get to the part of the process under Print Request when clicking on Continue, the "Continue" button goes grey and then returns to the blue colour. I am using Safari on Apple Mac.

    Firstly ...

    I just wonder ...

    If there is STILL a latent problem/issue ...

    Secondly ...

    As an aide ...

    Have you already tried ...

    The "Oldie"; but, STILL, often, a "Goodie" ...

    "Clearing", the "Cookies"; and, the "Cache', of your "Browser" (and, even, your "Browsing History")?

    It does not always work; but, more often than not it does

    Good Luck

    Just my thoughts.

    I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

    Haven't had success with the safari browser yet so I changed browsers & was able to print the cards. Thank you for all your replies. Ric

    IF, you WERE able to "Print" the "Temple" Cards, in ANOTHER "Browser"; THEN, can you PLEASE "Share", the details, of the "Operating System"; and, the particular "Browser"; as, many, STILL cannot "Print" any "Temple" Cards.

    Another User/Patron has advised, that they were able to "Print", the "Temple" Cards, by switching to the "Browser" of "Brave"

    I am on a Mac computer. I have been printing ordinance cards since July of last year. 2 days ago I could not print cards either. Yesterday I could not print them. Today I could not print them. Elder Taggert tried to help me from my computer. He works for Family Search as a volunteer. He had to print them from his computer and email them to me. I agree with the above comments. It has to be a glitch in the printing program of Family search. I used Safari and Google Chrome and Firefox to try to print them out to no avail yet I can print from Family Search in any other area of their website just not in ordinances.

    That tells me that there is a problem in that particular site for ordinances. It would definitely be a good idea for an IT person to check into it.

    My mac safari will not print cards still. I have used the Brave browser to print the ordinance cards. Hope the IT dept. will find the issue but until then, the Brave browser has come through multiple times.
