Easy fix, to Resolve and fully open stuck Life Sketch Box that won't open.

When trying to edit or add information to life sketches on Person pages I have created for my family and descendants, the Life Sketch box won't open now in order to do so. Is this a glitch? Or perhaps due to the New Discovery Page information being created or updated? Do not know a reason for this.

Have you tried the oft-repeated advice for browser housekeeping (clearing cache and cookies)? If you'd rather not figure out how to do that until you're sure it'll help, you can try another browser or a different device. If everything works there, then you can be fairly sure that the blame lies on a "stuck" glitch of some kind. (FamilySearch is particularly prone to these, for some reason: a momentary blip in internet connectivity causes a page to load wrong or a cookie to be corrupted, and then your browser "helpfully" serves up that saved error instead of a fresh version of the page.)

Thank you for such a quick response. I really wasn't expecting that. I've never asked 1 question or added 1 comment before here, or even visited any quorum anywhere, so I really don't know how often this question has been asked or the advice has been repeated, but appreciate your suggestion. I've never 'cleared cache and cookies' before, nor ever knew it was necessary. I will need to figure that out, because I am obviously not as computer literate as alot of folks. But believe it or not there are many like me. I'll try on my desktop and see what happens. Even if it works fine there, I'll call my Daughter in Colorado. She can teach me how to 'clear cache and cookies.' I enjoy Family Search, am aware most sites can have a glitch occasionally. Again, thank you for the suggestion.
