Why are Temple ordinances unavailable for Mary Susannah Dragoo LZX8-R6R?

I have thoroughly reviewed the 20+ sources attached to her and she is a well established person who lived from 1846 to 1923. The unavailability of her ordinances must be a glitch in the system because her parents, siblings, husband and children all show their ordinances are complete. Except a couple of sealings in progress.
