Twins
This appears to be a note inserted into a book of baptismal records. It looks like David Schmidt, who was a cooper in Stannern, had twins who died before baptism. Can someone read the actual words for me?

Thank you. You have verified that I got the gist of the message correctly. Stannern is indeed the name of the town before it was changed to Stonarov. 90% of my mother's family came from there.
Heillen ein aber gestorbenes in Vonnöt sey is a very curious addition to the note. Do you think it pertains to the fact that they died without being baptized? That was a very bad thing in the Catholic Church at that time.

@SharonWolfsClark The record also says „Alhie(r) haben sollen ein geschrieben unter den 2 Zwilling dem Davidt Schmidt“ (Here was supposed to have registered the 2 twins of David Schmidt).
I have noticed that this page (or book) contains all baptism records with a registration date, but this entry does not have a registration date (maybe because it is related to the death and not the baptism of the twins). I think the person who made the entry wanted to say that David Schmidt's 2 twins were supposed to have been registered under baptisms, but because they were dead, they had to be registered under deaths (probably in another book/register). In my opinion, the German used in this record is not very correct.

I think you are probably right. I think they were not registered because this is a church book. If the babies had been baptized they would have been in there properly. This is the only record there is for them. There is no burial record.
Poor babies. The only way I could put them in FamilySearch was to call them Twin One and Twin Two. If I had just called them by their last name, I would have had two identical records.
The books made problems for two other children in this same family. I have good birth records for them, but the two death records only say "a child was buried," not which was which.
Thank you for the new information. I always copy the records into 'Memories' with a translation. Now I can do it more accurately for my twins.
