missing ordinance

Hans Kaspar Kunz KH38-Z5Q is missing his baptism ordinance. I merged him with M477-8T8 which only gave his name and no ordinances. His endowment date is 22 December 1942 in the Salt Lake Temple, and according to my records his baptism date was 8 December 1941 in the Salt Lake Temple ( other records which have that baptism date have been showing as 19 January 1942 in the Salt Lake Temple) Since he is a spouse to a woman in my line, I do not have any documentation. I'm at a stand still on finding his records. Help!
