Permission granted but still asking to request permission
Last year I asked permission from my family to perform ordinances for a decease nephew. I received the authorization via email from familysearch on Oct 27, 2020, but since then and after the system still shows that I need to request permission.
I tried to find a solution using the familysearch chat, but they couldn't help. We already cleaned the browser history and cookies, but that didn't help.
Can you please help?

I want to reserve the baptism and confirmation of my cousin.
His sister gave me permission but when I go into family search it asks if the spouse is living. The answer is yes. Then it wants the spouses name, address, phone number.
Does that mean I have to have the spouse’s permission instead of the sibling’s permission?
I thought any close living relative could give permission.

If you haven't got permission from the spouse, leave the spouse details blank. Scroll down and you will see the place to enter the details of the close relative who did give you permission.
