SP done - still has a green temple

My grandfather was sealed to his parents after being adopted. His page shows he was sealed to a set of parents, but doesn't show their names. It then shows that someone can request to do the sealing to his parents. But these are the parents he is already sealed to, it just didn't list their names. His relationship is correct, there are no duplicates and no one is marked as living. How do I fix this?
