Missing ordinances

three of the children of Hans Jakob Sennhauser LZZ8-G8D, have missing or incorrect SP ordinances.. They are Johannes, LCT5 -JTD, Albert LCT5-VBB, and Albert LCT5-2M5. I’m attaching a photo of an entry made by my grandfather, Carl Sennhauser, while he was on a mission to Switzerland in 1961-1963 (he obtained from records compiled by Julius Billeter). This is from Wadenswil, Zurich, Switzerland.

Please look into this for me and fix accordingly. Thank you.
