Curtis R xxx my brother in-law, who was a former Bishop asked me his Family History Consultant if he could do the work for a non-member friend. His non-member friend had requested that he do his parents and two brothers: Edward Leo Grismer - L2WJ-5SZ, Mary Christina Blossey - GZKX-41K, John Edward Grismer - GDVT-6ZD and James Lee Grismer -GZKX-HSL. His non-member friend Jacob xxx requested Curtis to do the work. He wrote a letter (Jacob) and we have a copy of it. What do we do??

The letter is unsigned unless there is more that has not been uploaded. Without a signature, it is unlikely to be acceptable. You say the letter is from Jacob xxx. I cannot find the ID you quote so I assume that he is still alive and therefore private. Assuming this to be the case and if the letter is signed, there should be no problem but this is not my area of responsibility to say yes or no. Curtis will need to follow the procedure described in the article.

If Jacob signed with his full signature then it would pass the test!
