Why are films from Scottish parishes not available to see, while Spanish ones are?
I would appreciate it if you could informe me about the film policy, since I do not understand why certain films are unavailable for me to read (for example those from Scottish parishes), when others like those from Spanish or German origin are completely at disposal. Thanks in advance

Here are some "Knowledge Articles", in 'FamilySearch':
Why are there access limitations on Historical Records?
Why do some indexes have access limitations?

What are the image restrictions in Historical Records?
I know, that these certainly do not help/assist; but, I hope, that this may provide you with, some additional, insight; and, perspective.

Access restrictions are negotiated between FamilySearch and the record owner/custodian. National Records Scotland (NRS) are the owners of most of the Scottish parish registers. They run the website ScotlandsPeople, which charges subscription fees to view the records. Obviously they do not want people using FamilySearch as a backdoor to avoid the fees. Therefore you have to be at a Family History Center or Affiliate Library to view the records.
