Parents are hidden for Sally Elaine Eckert (GWYQ-J6Z)

can someone "unhide" the parents for Sally Elaine Eckert (GWYQ-J6Z) so it will show her sealing to parents information and thus prevent duplication of this ordinance?
thanks

FYI
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
As I am "Related" ...
Just in passing ...
Part of the problem/issue, may just stem from the fact, that HER original RECORD, that was created, by the 'FamilySearch' (from her "Church Membership"), was LOST, in a "Merge"/"Combine".
Changelog: (For 'Merges'/'Combines') https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/changelog/GWYQ-J6Z/merges
For Starters ...
Personally, I would "Restore", the original RECORD, of HER, that was created, by the 'FamilySearch' (from her "Church Membership"); being, Sally Elaine ECKERT ( KWH5-7R9 ).
And, then, "Merge"/"Combine" the Record, that you created for her; being, Sally Elaine ECKERT ( GWYQ-J6Z ); so that, the Record (ie. individual/person) Sally Elaine ECKERT ( KWH5-7R9 ), is the "Surviving" Record.
I do know, if that will help address/fix, the situation/circumstance, with the regard to "The parents are not listed either because of privacy or because they do not match the parents listed in Family Tree"; but, it is ALWAYS, much BETTER, to RETAIN, the Record of an individual/person, that has created from THEIR "Church Membership".
After that, one could 'see', if anything else, is needed.
Just my thoughts.
