Something wrong with batch
Only one image but 5 data sheets filled out. I don't know what to do. Please assist.

@pamelajobuck1 Looks to me like the indexer took additional names and information from some other document --- I would discard entries 2 thru 5 using the trashcan icon then run quality check and submit this reviewed image ---
