Why can't the temple ordinances be requested for Mary Regan M1DT-XQT

I have all of the information sources on her birth, death, along with several census records. I have done the temple work for all of the rest of her family, including her parents and her siblings. I'm not sure as to why I'm not allowed to do her work.

Her given name at birth is Mary Regan. She became a nun in the Catholic church, and is listed in a couple of the census records as "Sister Mary Cornelia".

I have a picture of her at a Regan family reunion, along with some of the other nuns that she was living with.
