Date Discrepancy. The registered date is before the date of birth

In reference to batch code M36C-M9Y, the registration date is BEFORE the date of birth. For instance, the person was born on 29.11.68 (Nov 11, 1968) and registered on 30.6.68 (June 6, 1968). That seems impossible to register someone who has not been born :)
