Column: Adam König's wife [M]argretha's child baptized

Paragraph: On 2 December 1655 is by me, Jacob Roller, pastor of Russe. [probably referring to Russheim, about 5 km NW from Graben], a child baptized. Its name:* Anna Elisabetha. Godparents: Mr. Martin Wehner(?) his son Christoff and his mother, Stephan(?) [i.e., the name in the column next to the year 1656] Rubericht, the dyer [ferber (Färber)] and his wife, also of Mr. Johann Georg Meyer his daughter, administrator [amptsverwalter (Amtsverwalter)] here.

    In other words:

I, Jacob Roller, pastor of [Russheim], baptized a child of Adam König and his wife, Margretha, on 2 December 1655. The child's name was Anna Elisabetha. Her godparents: Martin Wehner's son Christoff and his mother; Stephan(?) Rubericht the dyer and his wife; and local administrator Johann Georg Meyer's daughter.

    Note:

    • * A similar format is used in the next few entries as well: "D: [date] ist von mir [or: habe ich] H: Jacob Roller pfarrer von Russen ein Kind getaufft [or in this case: das Kind getaufft word(en)]. Sein Namm:"
