Thank you for sharing your batch code. [MSHJ-9MY] @JamesBackmann, you can click on the gear next to My Batches and insert that batch code to view the shared batch, or click on Help, and then Open Shared Batch.
I have looked at the batch. We do not index words like ano (another), Rel (relative?], Ref (referee) or Exrs (Executors), or Will. These are terms. We only index names. The names would be indexed in the Grantor Given and Surname fields. Most of your batch are individuals and not organizations or corporations.
I reviewed your indexing. When there are two names on the same transaction, you have to create an individual entry for each person.
- If multiple grantees were listed for a single transaction, index information about each one using separate entries in the data entry area.
- If multiple grantors were listed for a single transaction, index information about each one using separate entries in the data entry area.
So, for the second line, you need to delete Kent M from that entry and create a new entry for Kent M. (While on Entry 2, click the + icon and add one record after the current record. Go to next image and it will blank to add in Kent's record.
