Need help with baptism record translation for Else Christine Jensdatter

I would very much appreciate some help translating this baptism record for Else Christine Jensdatter (1st entry) 12 June 1837. I can see that Else's mother, Christiane Mogensdatter, is unmarried. I recognize Christiane's siblings and her father as witnesses. I would like to know where Christiane is from, and what remarks are made in the last column about Hans Hansen.

Many thanks in advance!

Hello Sandy, I believe Christiane is from the village of Slustruphuus, (Sludstruphuus), found in Skærum parish. The last column indicates the said to be father is farmer, Hans Hansen from Skoven in Gjerum (Gærum) parish. If you need help with village or parish names you can turn to the FamilySearch wiki. Select the parish and you'll find the farms within that location. Listed under "Place Names". https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Sk%C3%A6rum_Parish,_Hj%C3%B8rring,_Denmark_Genealogy I hope this is helpful.
