Try sharing the batch by using the share batch icon up in your toolbar, beside the handwriting help icon. It will give a link we can use to view the batch with you. With the info you put in your post i cant view the batch so i dont know what you are looking at, im sorry.

first of all, i probably should have mentioned that I'm reviewing this batch.
second, I don't think you will find it going to "find batches". you really need to be working on a batch to get to it, I think. when you are on a batch you go to help and click on "open shared batch" you then put in the batch number which is "MSB6-J9F".
when you do that you should be able to bring up the batch.
thanks

Fred is correct. There are two ways to access the batch - either by clicking on the help menu after you are already in the web-indexing program, and using Open Shared Batch. Or by clicking on the gear next to the words My Batches, click Open Shared Batch and insert the code into the box that will appear.
Once a batch has been submitted, it cannot be opened as a shared batch.
