Some new needs now that we have a 300 limit
I'm yet another user that is struggling with the 300 limit. I appreciated the 2 year expiration, that seemed like a great solution to reducing too many names being held by 1 patron. But I have done 1400+ ordinances in the last 2 years (even with the temples closed for Covid and the struggle to get appointments), so having a bigger list is helpful to not have to be doing research every month. But I can't do all of the endowments, and I have 1800+ endowments shared with the temple waiting to be done, many for several years. Here are some requests I have with these new limitations.
1- Ability to share a single ordinance with a family member rather than the entire name.
In order to reduce my personal list and get under the 300 limit, I'm trying to share my 125 Intiatories with daughter, but FS wants to share all ordinances needed, which for me is both Intiatories and endowments. I don't want to share the endowments, because my daughter can't do 125 endowments, and once she accepts them, then I don't have any control of making sure these endowments get shared back with the temple because they are now on my daughters list. I don't want to share these Intiatories with the temple. My daughter & I will easily get these done in a year, which seems reasonable to me to have what you will complete in a year on your list.
2- Ability to print a name from ordinance ready even if I'm over 300.
I just want to be able to pull 1 of my 1800+ endowments back from the temple, before I head to the temple. Currently, I can't do that. And even if I get my list below 300, it will always be a battle for me to keep it there with how much work I do. If ordinance ready didn't look at my personal list and let me print a name regardless, that would help.
3- Concerns with not getting to do my family sealings.
I am trying to do the ordinances in the proper order. Currently I have 342 SP & 741 SS waiting for endowments to be done in order to be done. Yes, I could submit them to the temple, but then once the endowments are done I'm at risk of the sealing being done before I get a chance to pull them back to me. Baptisms, Intiatories & Sealing are done so quickly once submitted to the temple and will be gone and done and I will have nothing to pull from. Also, If I am the one that shared the endowment then at least I can try to watch my list like a hawk and see when that endowment will be done, but if I am not the person who submitted the endowment then I won't be notified and the sealing will be done and gone. Also, the SP will probably all just be done by the temple and they won't even wait until the parents are sealed before sealing the children, which I know doesn't invalidate it, it just feels wrong to do it out of order, and I like being able to make sure they are done in order.
4- Limits based on user completion
As I said before I have done over 1400 ordinances this year, mostly in the last 6 months, when I finally could get in to the temple. Having 300 people for me is just 1-2 months worth of work for me to complete Baptisms & Sealings. I always share my endowments, and share most of my Intiatories as well. When I do 3 day temple trip with my kids, which I do a few times a year, I need 350 ordinances just for those 3 days. I'm sure setting a blanket number is more simple, but for those of us that are actively doing a lot of temple work, this is making it much more difficult. It would be nice to say, hey you did 1400 ordinances last year, so you're capacity is 1400 on your list. You only did 10 ordinances last year, your capacity is 300 on your list. Honestly, I don't see the number of names on a list as the bottleneck here with temple work, it's getting adults to the temple to do the endowments. Figure out that problem and that would really hasten the work!

Some suggestions to consider:
Regarding your point #1: Create a Family Group for you and your daughter and move the 125 people needing initiatory work there. She can take them out of the Family Group to complete them. This will not reduce your list number, but it will keep things in your control.
Regarding your point #2: Share all endowments with the temple. This is possible to do:
If your My Reservations list has no endowments, then the next place Ordinances Ready looks is your Shared with the Temple list. Again, this will not reduce the number on your My Reservations list if the people need other ordinances that you do not share.
Not much help, I know.
Regarding point #4: Interesting proposal. I hope the right people see it. Tremendous work you are doing!

Another thought, you don't mention how many children you have or how old they are but if the group of you are doing 350 ordinances in 3 days, that is more than just your daughter. In any event, if they are old enough to go to the temple with you, they are certainly old enough to all have FamilySearch accounts. You could completely share 300 people with one of them and put them in charge of the next temple trip.
Also, reading you post again, why can't you share those 125 initiatory with her and trust her to manage them? She could share them all with the temple then when all the endowments are done either share all the sealings back to you or continue to be the one to organized trips to the temple for sealing sessions with you. Let her take responsibility and be in control of this.

Thanks Gordon for taking the time to make suggestions. The only reason I am wanting to share the Intiatories is just to reduce my number. I not familiar with family groups, since only my kids are members, but that's something to look into. I did end up just sharing the Intiatories and I'll just make sure to remind her to submit them to the temple. Just a bit more leg work for me. I'm just always anxious to get an endowment submitted to the temple as fast as possible since it takes so many years to finally get done.
I actually do have 100% of my endowments shared with the temple, and I would always use ordinance ready to just pull one off my list when I need it, but now that I'm over 300, it won't work for me and I can't pull back any of my endowments shared with the temple.
It's actually only 4 of us on my temple trips me, my 20 year old, 19 year old, 13 year old & 12 year old. We're efficient and can get 70 baptisms done in 1 hour, so that gets a lot done fast! My kids are excited about going to the temple, and have a small interest in family history work, but don't want to really be managing much yet. Someday, maybe!

But can't you get an endowment by directly printing from Ordinances Ready? I didn't think you had to pull it back to your list. Be sure and check that out. Not being able to would mean Ordinances Ready is not working as billed and that needs to be reported.
If you have your kids all set up accounts and add them to your Helper panel then you can manage all five accounts if needed. Also, if you do that and make sure their e-mail accounts are in their accounts and working properly, then they will start getting all those campaign e-mails and those "It's your great-grandmother's birthday" e-mails. Maybe their interest will increase. And who knows what might happen if you share a big batch of names with your 12 year old and assign him or her the job of picking out from there the 70 names to be taken to the next baptismal session.
I would still try to just encourage, not just always "help."
