How can I attach sources from the 1939 England and Wales Register

I have noticed some of my family have sources from the 1939 England and Wales Register attached to them (done by someone else) but I never see any search results for this resource.

Does one require special privileges to access the 1939 England and Wales Register?

I have tried to access it in various ways without success.

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Belatedly ...

    Just in passing ...

'Yes' ... just had a 'look', that "Collection", in 'FamilySearch', being ...

England and Wales National Register, 1939

    https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/2836130

    https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/2836130

DOES appear to be INACCESSIBLE, to search, from the 'Home', of Users/Patrons.

The "Collection", almost appears to be accessible; but, then, it 'vanishes', before one's 'eyes' ...

    But NOT

With, that "HOW TO USE THIS COLLECTION", taking one to the 'FamilySearch' "Research Wiki" page/screen of:

England and Wales National Register, 1939 - FamilySearch Historical Records

    https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/England_and_Wales_National_Register%2C_1939_-_FamilySearch_Historical_Records

    Where ...

There DOES NOT 'seem' to be, any access to the "Collection".

Perhaps; as, the "Collection" indicates, that the 'Index' was provided by 'FindMyPast_co_uk' [ 'FindMyPast_com' ], the "Collection" can only be accessed, if one has a 'FindMyPast_co_uk' [ 'FindMyPast_com' ] Account; or, possibly through, while at, "Family History Centres", of the Church, around the World (or, maybe, "Affiliate Libraries").

And, hence, perhaps, how the "Sources", pertaining to, the "1939, National Registration Register", for 'England and Wales', are being "Attached".

    Just a thought.

    Brett

ps: I thought, it used to be accessible ... so ... that said ... MAYBE, 'accessibility', was WITHDRAWN ...
