Help with translating a Norwegian marriage record
Hello,
I can make out the names of the couple and the date, but I really need to find out if it mentions where they are from, it seems to for the witnesses.
Could someone please help with the translation of the rest of the record?

I believe the place mentioned after Dorte Larsdatter's name is probably Fossum. You should be able to click on the top two entries to view the indexed records. The third entry is not your Nils (Niels) Johansen.

The bondsmen for Nils and Dorte appear to be Michel Pede(r)s(en) of, I think, Sørkedalen and Haage Xtophs(en) (Christophsen) from Fossum. There is a Sørkedalen farm in Mo, Hedmark but that is quite a ways away from Asker. Vestre Aker parish (in Oslo county), which is not too far from Asker parish, contains a local parish called Sørkedalen but I can't see any records for that parish earlier than 1865.

Thanks for your help! I am pretty sure they weren't originally from Asker, so that maybe a possibility!
