I am the director of the FamilySearch Center here. I have editing privileges. I want to change the photo in our wiki page. I have made it all the way to the Email File For Authorization page. After I attach the photo file and answer the questions, I click SEND FILE.

I then get this error message:

[e2b28c400a9192525d76c86f] 2021-11-27 23:11:59: Fatal exception of type "Error"

What am I doing wrong and how do I do this? Does anyone know?

For what it is worth, none of my attempts to upload wiki page related files to the wiki have worked.

    Give this a try,

    1) To upload a photo go to the Wiki page that you would like to upload a photo to.

    2) On the very left side under "Edit the Wiki" you will see an option to "Upload File/Image".

    3) Click on that link and it will take you to the next page where you have a couple options on how to upload the image. I have my best luck by using option 1. (Use Google Forms)

    4) Click on step #1 "Fill out this form: FORM"

    5) On the next page which is the Form for Uploading a File/Image... simply follow the steps and then wait for a couple days for the approval to come in your eMail address.

I hope this answers your question

You can also send the image to wikisupport@familysearch.org to have the image uploaded to the Wiki.
