Should the marriage batch be indexed if there are only male names listed, along with a date of the marriage license?

I think you would index an image with a groom and date.

These project instructions do no include anything that says there must be a bride and a groom to create a record. They do say:

    • If a record does not include a name for the primary person, you should still index the record, marking the primary name fields blank and indexing other names, such as names of the parents, along with any other fields that are present on the record.

I would take that to mean that all records get indexed in this project.
