Why do my personal ordinances not show on my temple page? My baptism, confirmation, initiatory and endowment have all been completed but my temple page says "Cannot request - not available". Why?
While we are living our own ordinances will not display on FamilySearch. You are able to see them on the Church site and/or request an Individual Ordinance from your Ward Clerk
Ordinances of living people are listed as "Not Available" in Family Tree for privacy reasons. Some examples are below:
Family Tree sometimes displays "BIC (Born in the Covenant)" for a living person's sealing to parents.
You can view membership and ordinance information for yourself and minors living in your household on ChurchofJesusChrist.org, in the Member Tools app, or through a ward or branch clerk.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
Further to; and, in support of, what 'Diana' has already proffered ...
Of course, naturally, our (and, that of our Children) personal , Church Membership; and, "Temple" Work, details can be PRIVATELY, accessed by each of us, individually, on the SECURE Church, "Application" of , Member Tools (formerly: LDS Tools), associated with the Church (various) "Systems", provided such had been setup (some Members had NOT setup such); and/or, through the 'Clerk' of one's Ward/Branch (Stake/District).
Here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch':
Which is CONFIRMATION of what 'Diana' has already proffered.
Thank you Brett and Diana. I’m pretty lowly myself 😊. I appreciate your responses. And thanks for the link reference. I tried pulling an answer from the FS community help page but couldn’t figure out the right words to make it give me what I needed. So thanks to you both.
