Reprinting Temple cards

I am finding it very difficult to reprint name cards for the next ordinances when I have 230 reservations since the temples are no longer giving family name cards back. I know how to use the filters and do so but it is very time consuming and confusing for me (and I know my way around the computer), especially for people that are not computer literate. It uses a lot of additional paper as well when I am only able to print one name per paper because they are on different pages on the website.

I have a suggestion, perhaps from the completed ordinances you make it possible to just reprint the cards for the next ordinances just from that page. It would simplify if for elderly people that are trying to figure this out and also make it simpler for everyone all the way around. If they are still in need of next ordinances just make it possible to print the new cards from that page.

Here is something that I'm doing that is working for me and may work for you or for others. For the people I'm currently working on with ordinances, I keep them in the "My Reservations" list. Everyone else I share to the "Shared" temple list. Then the "My Reservations" list is extremely manageable. When I print a card, I only print the specific ordinance for that person that I'll be doing in the temple for that appointment. The rest of the ordinances for that person show as "not printed". When the ordinance is completed, I come back to the "My Reservations" and I can easily see what is still remaining for the handful of people in that list and it is simple to print again.

When I'm ready for new people, I go to the "Shared" list and unshare back to "My Reservations" the next group of people I'm going to be working on.

Another thing I recently started doing that has been successful for my family is sharing the name directly to another's family member's temple list. For example my son and daughter can do baptism/confirmation only. So I share the name to their list. On their list, they then share the I,E,SP to the Shared temple list. This leaves them only B/C showing up in their "My Reservations". Then they can print what they need when they need. When the B/C is completed, the Initiatory becomes available for others to reserve via Ordinances Ready or if I need that ordinance, they can print me a card or they can share the name back to me. Or, we have just been letting others all around the world help complete the work. It excites my children to see the person they were baptized for continue to have ordinances completed. They take ownership in helping the work get completed. In a few years when my children are endowed, if there are still ordinances in their "Shared" list, they can pull them back into their "My Reservations" and finish the work they started as a youth.
