Ward: Indexing Roles - operational any longer? (I suspect these are no longer operational)

As a Ward FHC I see within my Ward Indexing - Options> Manage members - the capability to view assigned roles:

Batching

Batching Review

Review

Linking

Leader

See the image:

Does anyone know what these roles are defined as or whether they are no longer in operation?

Who could assign or remove these assigned roles? I have checked with the Ward Clerk and he does not see these options.

My guess is that they are no longer applicable to current indexing processes.

Thanks.

There are other discussions referencing these roles - none that I have seen define the roles or how they can be assigned/unassigned. But indications are they are not used widely - because batching, batching review may be processes involved in preparing batches ... so generally these roles can simply be ignored.
