Can I get a name (shared to the Temple 5 years ago) made available so I can do the Endowment and SP
Pierre Tetrault KZMV-CFW (my 3rd ggf's son) had his Endowment shared with the Temple system in May 2016, thus 5-1/2 years ago. I was able to reserve it today (22 Oct 2021) but can't see a way to print out the ordinance card so I can take the name to the Portland Temple. What steps do I need to follow to print the ordinance card?

[ 1 ] ... From ones "Temple" Work
▬ Go to "Temple" 'Tab'
▬ The 'Default' that appears is "My Reservations" page/screen
▬ Find Pierre TETREAULT ( KZMV-CFW )
▬ Select (ie. Tick/Mark) the "Check Box", on the 'Left-Hand- Side' of page/screen, next to him.
▬ Go back towards the TOP of the "My Reservations" page/screen.
▬ Find; and, Select, "Print", choose, "Print Family Name Cards".
[ 2 ] ... From an individuals/person "Ordinances" 'Tab'
▬ Go back towards the TOP of the page/screen
▬ Find; and, Select, "Print", choose, "Print Family Name Cards".
Question: Are either of those NOT working?
