I tried to merge duplicate sisters Rosina Schoen LVW6-PGM and LVWR-5XG using Merge by ID. But merge message says they are mother and daughter and can't be merged. Huh?

Hi Diana, oops, did not see that extra bad parentage at the bottom! And I did it, too! Must be getting tired, time to quit for the night. Thanks!

    Hi Scott

Rosina Schoen IS showing as both mother and daughter as shown in the following screenshot:

Tp resolve this you need to remove the daughter from herself as the mother!

You will find the Knowledge Article to help with this by searching in the help center for: parent child
