My church sister has died

My church sister has died, unable to get to the temple. I have written permission to do her work but the Ordinance and permission set up is blocking me. How do I proceed?

If we understand the situation correctly, you would like to reserve the ordinances for a friend, KWB7-GHB Marguerite Sylvia Gorford, This kind of request needs a special team to answer your request. We will send your request to that specialty team to make that request.
We cannot make any guarantees that the request will be granted. You should hear form the team either way. They may also send you a request for more information.
Here is a link to an article about requesting ordinances for a friend. You will notice that there is special wording required for the written permission.
I, (name of person giving permission), give (your name) permission to do temple work in a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints temple, for (name of deceased), who is my (relationship to person giving permission). (Signature of person giving permission).
Thank you for your post and we hope that things work out for you.

FYI
Well, this 'seems' WRONG ...
This discussion was created from comments split from: Permissions for ordinance work.
OK with that ...
But ...
That Said ...
Yet ...
The "System", DID NOT also "Move", my 'Comment', that was associated (ie. following), the "Discussion" that was 'hived-off'.
THEREBY ...
Leaving my 'Comment', that was associated (ie. following), the "Discussion" that was 'hived-off' BEHIND; and, thus, totally, 'out of place', with the post where the "Discussion" that was 'hived-off' from.
There NEEDS to be a better way; or, at least, more care taken in the action to split 'Comment' from posts.
So as, to include associated comments.
Please consider.

[ "Copy" reposted here in this "Discussion" that was 'hived-off' ... ]
FYI
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
When you say ... "Church Sister"
You mean a Member of the Church; but, NOT your actual 'Sister' (or, for that matter related) ...
Question: Is that correct?
IF, such is the case; THEN, as you have NO direct "Relationship" to that Member of the Church; THEN, the "System" will NOT allow you to "Request" the "Reservation" for "Temple" Work, where "Permission" is "Required" (ie. LESS than 110 Years, since Birth).
A "Moderator" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) ], will have to deal with your request.
As well as the normal ones. here are some additional "Knowledge Articles" in 'FamilySearch':

Can I request proxy temple ordinances for a friend?
