Carma Bringhurst (KkWZ1-QF3), George Bringhurst (LX7R-83R) and Ila E. Bringhurst (K2WS-2SN) were all born after their parents

were sealed in the St George Temple. How do we get that notation placed on the Family History records?

If you know when the sealing took place, you can contact the St. George Temple and have them look up the ordinance and they can transmit it to the system. The ordinance will then pull over to Family Search and it will show up.
