Patron at the FHC tried to reserve an individual and when it showed what to choose it had an x next to the endowment. It would not let him reserve the individual.

In order to assist you with this ordinance request problem, we need the name and ID number of the person whose ordinance was being reserved, so we can investigate.
Also were the prior ordinances completed?
Were there Possible Duplicates that needed to be handled first?
