sealing question
We want to seal my husband's mother (Jeanne Ellen Peterson 15 October 1944 – 10 September 1984 • KWZ8-295) to her second husband (Frank Eldon Rhoden 24 June 1939 – 3 August 2014 • KWCB-ZGT). They are both deceased and my husband is Jeanne's oldest son. There's no place on the "Permission form" for him to give permission.....how do I handle this. Thank you.

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a member of the Church ... ]
FYI
When your Husband "Requests" the "Sealing to Spouse", of his Mother; and, her Second Spouse / Husband; and, is completing the "Permission Required" Form ...
In relation, to the 'Question', about "Which relative of [] gave you permission?"
Two possibilities here; and, I have not tried the first ...
[ 1 ] Question(s):
What happens if your Husband selects, "Child"?
Does that have further 'Questions', which can be completed; and, allow submission?
Whereas ...
[ 2 ] If that does not work ...
And ...
I know its is ODD ...
But ...
That Said ...
In relation, to the 'Question', about "Which relative of [] gave you permission", it may be a matter of selecting that "None of the Above is Alive"; and, then completing the "Contact Information" and 'Checking' that "Check Box".
And, I know that, your Husband is ALIVE ....
And, I also know, that your Husband certainly DOES NOT need to give "Permission", to himself.
The "System" (ie. 'FamilySearch'), SHOULD (ie. be intelligent enough to) know, that your Husband, is the Son of his Mother (ie. that a "Relationship" exists); and, provided that there were NO Children (or, at least, if there were, NONE still "Living") from the Second "Marriage" of his Mother, the "Requests" for "Sealing to Spouse", should be enabled to be submitted/processed.
Furthermore ...
When the "Request" is submitted; and, being processed, your Husband may either:
(1) Just receive the "Ordinance", in his "Temple" Reservation List; or,
(2) Receive, an "E-mail", from 'FamilySearch', requesting confirmation, that there were NO Children (or, at least, if there were, NONE still "Living") from the Second "Marriage" of his Mother; where, it is a matter of simply responding to that "E-mail". Provided all is good. The "Ordinance" should then appear in his "Temple" Reservation List.
Again, I know, that that second option is ODD; but, if necessary, that should work.
I hope this helps.
Brett
ps: Say, 'G'Day' CUZ, to your Husband.
▬ My Wife is "Related" to his Mother; and,
▬ I am "Related" to his Mother's Second Husband.
