Temple Ordinances for two different individuals on one Record

Dorothy ID LZNJ-CWN shows Baptism, Confirmation, Initiatory, Endowment, and Sealing To Spouse ordinances that are all correct. The Sealing to Parents ordinance is not correct for this Dorothy. Her parents are not known. In reviewing the history of all merges and changes, I unmerged every record that was merged into Dorothy and removed those that do not apply. Those records that did apply were remerged. None of those records had a sealing to parents ordinance on them; only this record. The 2013 sealing to parents was performed on this record. In 2013 an alternate name of Ann Battersbie was added and she was sealed to Richard Battersbie ID KZPN-8ZX and Margarett Withington ID KHMX-6BG.

Consequently, the ordinances on this record are for two different individuals. I need someone who works for Family Search to look up the original sealing to parents ordinance in the temple records and tell me the exact information for the records of the child and parents so that I can create a new record under these parents and have the 2013 sealing to parents ordinance moved to that new record.
