Can't Unreserve Ordinance

I reserved the SS for Charles E. Keisor, LVGV-W9X, and Carrie A. Dorr, GS14-1MW and shared it with the temple on 16 Sep 2020. FT is showing that another patron has reserved it on 7 oct 2021 with an expiration date of 9 oct 2023. Since it's a two year expiration instead of a 90 day, it does not appear that they picked it up through Ordinances Ready, but reserved it on their own. I'm not sure what happened - there could have been a merge of this individual with another who the other patron already had a reservation for? Regardless, I would like to unreserve it on my end and let the other patron take care of completing the ordinance, but it is not an option for me to do so. The system is not giving me a choice to do that. How can I turn this over to that patron and remove it from my list? I've attached screen shots from his ordinances page as well as my temple reservation page that shows I do not have the option to unreserve it.
