I have been completing work for my grandmother's sister, merged the duplicate but am told that her ordinance status is not available. All of her work is done except the sealing to her husband Uriah. Florence's # is 9V32-2N8. Could you please assist me in fixing this problem? Thanks in advance for any available information.

    @GEH9

    The ID number for Florence Neeb is not correct in the original post. Her number is 9V3Z-2N8 instead of 9V32-2N8, but another moderator has already contacted @susanleepayne1 about this concern. The husband, Uriah P Smith Jr LNDC-6F5 shows all of his ordinances are "Not Available" which is why the SS for Uriah and Florence cannot be done. We are sure that Susan's concern will be forwarded to the appropriate specialty team so that information can be provided about the current status of the ordinances for Uriah. That should resolve the problem with the SS that Susan would like to take care of.

    Hi CDBurk, I am a little unsure from looking at the question and information provided as to how you arrived at your conclusion. E.g The actual age for the grandmother's sister (Florence) from the details provided. It could of course be true for the 110 year limitation.

    Your advice for that situation in that instance would be very useful. Please feel free to message me with a your observations.

    @CDBurk

    That is much clearer - thank you for the explanation. Great job :-)

    It goes show us all how important it is to pose an accurate precise and correct post to community.

    Knowing the first and last names is of great help in such cases, especially when those helping are new to an issue and struggling to make sense of the question to assist.

    Errors are part of life and help us grow, we can all live and learn.
