What are you doing to the sources page.

WHY do you insist on changing something that isn't broken. I cannot navigate this new FS source page. It is so very, very, very frustrating. Why do you not give us the option to use the older system. Your tech people are driving us researchers crazy.

    Hi Deena,

Change is often difficult when we are so accustomed to how it used to work - and no longer does.

We are assuming you are sourcing for Historical records?

2 new Knowledge Articles have been recently published that may help you:

    One on filtering results:

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/filter-the-search-results-in-historical-records

Another on changing the format of the results:

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-change-the-format-of-the-search-results-in-historical-records

Hopefully, either of them will help you with your research.

I've read both of these Knowledge Articles and have not found anything on making the census locations appear in search results. "1850 United States" is not helpful to me. The United States is a rather large area. Can we not see what State and County this 1850 result is from? As a researcher, I do not have time to click on every census result to look for the location. And yes, I have clicked on More Options / Preferences / Display Information / All Information.
