how do i reserve ordainaces
in Temple
KG6M-2Z6
is showing possible duplicates and will not allow me to reserve this person
but i have checked and cannot find any duplicates
how do i fix this

If you look under Research Help on the right side of the person screen, you will see the possible duplicate listed. Once this is cleared, by merger or dismissal, it should be possible to reserve the ordinances.
