I am certainly no expert in either, but the first names are Jon and Ingeborg, common Swedish names. Neither of the last names look like names that are familiar to me. I would read the Mother's name as Guilliksdr (dotter). The Father's last name is purely a guess. I read Einasson. If you look elsewhere on the same page, if you can find a name that you are familiar with (e.g. Eriksson) you could confirm whether on not my guess at E for the first letter is correct or not. That first letter could also be an "L" which you could confirm by finding a Lars or Larsson on the same page. The other things that have sometimes worked for me is to find the same family in the parish records in a time period either before or after the record you are looking at, and sometimes the handwriting is a little clearer in another record. I also use Arkiv Digital, and there you can find an indexed version of the name if you have some other information. Then you can see how an indexer read the name (they don't always get it right, sometimes the same name is indexed 2 or 3 different ways by different indexers in different records.) On Jon for example, if you know an exact birth date, and or the parish where the record comes from, you can put that information in an index search and possibly find the name indexed in one or more records.
