Web Indexing - Progress section for groups

Sara Maisey said: It would be helpful for group administrators to be able to select a starting date that will show up as the default in the progress section for a group. For example, if a group starts a contest or a group goal on a certain date, it would be best to have the indexing total reflect the total since that date. A drop down menu in which members could manually enter a date for statistics is always helpful. But having the statistic for a certain time period automatically chosen by an administrator would be really helpful when there is a contest or group goal happening. Human nature dictates that most people will take the easy route. They want to see what is happening in a quick glance. If the groups were formed right at the beginning of the group goal then the number on the screen is a true reflection of the current progress. But if the group sets a new goal in a year, then the progress numbers are useless.
